We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away. We notice that you have returned the product and refund was processed in your Voonik credits on Mar 15th. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
