[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Complaint for not delivering product

Dear sir,

I placed one order on 07 Aug 2016 M[protected] which consists of two sandles of which I received one which of wrong size and other one I had not even after one month.

I requested five time on call that either cancel my order or deliver the product but unfortunately both not happen .

Customers service excecative unable to solve issue.

Payment for product already made on 07/08/16. I need refund with interest on it

I return my oder but money not refunded in my voonik account . when it will be refund. I hate your product. I am not satisfied. I return it 17 days before but now it sefl money was not refund. Please refund it. Your service is not satisfied for me.

We notice that you have returned the product and the refund amount of Rs 649/- was processed in your Voonik credits on Sep 2nd. We would like to inform you that, Rs. 403 was used in the order number- R4093866353 on Sep 25th so the balance amount in your Voonik account is Rs. 296. If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to care@voonik.com & we'll look into it.
