Dear sir/madam My last return order no.R84634132 than my credit amount rupees 499.00 than i give new order one time came your courier man and ask me new order full amount please adjust my amount... now my new order R[protected] amount is 659.00 so deduct my credit in 659.00 please call to me if any quarry... so i pay only 160 to you... please adjust it thanx jayantibhai p satodiya m:[protected]. Verified Support May 13, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Jaysatodiya, Voonik Credits are cash equivalents which you receive in your Voonik account. By value, 1 Voonik credit point = Rs 1.Please login from your registered email-Id only. Once you fill your address, you just need to select the option ''Apply credits''. The amount will be deducted from the Grand total. This is applicable for prepaid orders only.In case the amount of the product is more than the Voonik credits, the difference amount will be debited from your card(Credit/debit/net banking).
