I had ordered an glory bracelet watch order no R [protected] which I had ordered a week back and I got the delivery today which was a damaged product actually the product is totally a damaged product which doesn't work nor fit in hand and paint is also gone so I request the voonik to return the product and replace the product as soon as possible or else please try to refund the money Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Apr 19, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Asha, We are so sorry, that you got a damaged product, it must be such a disappointment. We promise, we will investigate the issue to figure out, how such a product got cleared in Quality check. Request for the Return of your product has been raised. Kindly fill in your Bank Details in the form that has been sent through E-mail and submit it within 24 hours . The product will be collected from the given address within 4 -5 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
