Nov 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Oct 20, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Mukesh, We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 150/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com. The seller address is given in the invoice receipt. If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.
