[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Delay in delivery


My order no.RO 43055468 placed pn 20th january is not yet received . one od ota sub order was cancelled by voonik itself stating that the product was not available and the refund will be done . which till date has not been done. Can you pls look into the matter and let me know the status as while tracking one item is showing order placed and the other two are shown as sorting and packing

Hi Harvinder,

We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “ Jan 20th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of the products when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and refunded the amount today.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account and we have also credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- .
