Sir my product is m[protected] purchase by mrvoonk. Currently i have not receive. I have already pay for this order. When i have again call to customer care says that reached your order two to three days. So i can't satisfy. Plz sir do something for this situations. Verified Support Oct 19, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Vikee, Apologies! The order stands cancelled due to logistical constraints. Request you to place a fresh order and will ensure a hassle free delivery to your doorstep. We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits on Oct 19th. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank. Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
