I ordered 2products. I rejected one product on the time of delivery and requested return for another product also, at the time of pick up courrier service did a small mistake they pick my product and send the product in the place of my rejected order, but i didn't get refund on my returned product plzz help me to get my refund i'll send several mails for my missing refund, but i didn't get my refund if i didn't get refund in 24hours i'll file a case on voonik Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 11, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Nithesh, We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Feb 11th for the order R[protected]-1, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
