I buy sandal from Voonik but it didn't suited on me, so I ask for return request they ask me for return by bank transfer or voonik credit . I said bank transfer and then gave them all necessary details. But when I submit the details, it said " return request isn't intitiated " please help me !!! I am worrying about this !!! We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:
Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
