[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Double charge for the same product

I have ordered a product from Mr. Voonik and paid twice for the same product (Rs351) and not getting any response from company end. Please note that the following details are mentioned below :-
1)Order number :- M[protected]
2)Email ID :- [protected]@GMAIL.COM
I have given my further details in the below image and after complaining about the same, Still i am getting no response.

Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Vibhor,

We are sorry to know that the amount was captured twice for the same order. Due to some technical glitches the amount was captured twice. However, we have initiated the refund into the same account through which you had made the payment on 17 Oct 2016, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
