Verified Support Feb 15, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Ganapati, We are sorry that you have received the wrong product.Request for the Return of your product has been raised.Kindly fill in your Bank Details in the form that has been sent through E-mail and submit it within 24 hours . Sorry to inform you that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone).We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller address sent to your registered e-mail id and send us a mail at [protected]@voonik.com with snapshot of the courier slip. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded within 6-7 working days.
