I made the biggest mistake of making a prepaid order with voonik which was an athena red and gold dress and i have been subject to the most unproffesional and inefficient customer service. First of all they never update the customer reg the status of the order like other companies do hence leaving the customer clueless and forced to call their cust service and there is not sensible person sitting there. Every info they update u the next person u talk to will contradict. They have absolutely no coordination among themselves or with their logistics team. They send me the wrong size after a delayed delivery drama. And i had to opt for return and i have been since trying to find out whats happening with my dress. Their useless blabber and meaningless apologies is not giving any solution for my prob. Today i spoke tona tl syed ali who just acted as dumb as his colleagues. Instead of giving me practical solutions he just kept blabbering his call script. I am an onlinr shopper... V shopped extensively with myntra, jabong, fabfurnish, flipkart, first cry etc and, nevet experienced any such situations. Very very happy and pleasant shoppung experiences even with returns. I highly discourage voonik shopping. I have no clue how much more time this team is going to take to deliver my dress. I have lost all hope with voonik not that they care.
