But its not yet delivered to me

Today i received this order of jeans
Issue is size
The label shows 36 size but when i measured, it actually 38
I tried use exchange option which given in app but
Its not working
So how can i exchange????????

Please need help
No one is replying properly

The product will be collected from the given address within 2-3 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
