[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Fake order received from another company balodis tech

I had ordered dress material from voonik. But received a fake order from balodis tech company with the same price of cod ordered on voonik. I thought it is from voonik and paid cod money. But the package contains some fake defective dress material. Customer care number for balodis and voonik is not working. I tried to call them several times. Please suggest what should be done now. This is not a Voonik order and we have started investigating how the seller has shipped a non-Voonik order to you. Please share the invoice you received with this order at [protected]@voonik.com. On receiving your e-mail, we’ll take it up with the respective courier service and resolve the issue at the earliest. As a Voonik customer, please be assured that we will resolve this issue on your behalf even though this is a non-Voonik order.
