I requested for replacement order, they collected my previous order but never delivered replacement. Order no. R[protected] Now i'm trying to cancel my order but they don't allow me to do the same. Verified Support Jun 14, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Yo, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “June 4th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “Jockey Imperial Blue & Neon Yellow Moulded Cami Bra - Style Number FP[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected. So we have cancelled the order and have initiated refund on June 13th, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
