[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Item return not initiated by company | |||||
Hi, I recently purchased a dress from Voonik. The item I received was entirely different from the item I ordered. I was highly disappointed as this is the first time I am making a purchase from this site. Hence, I initiated a return and refund on this item on the day it was delivered itself. Its been 10 days but so far no response has been made from the company's side. I tried to raise this issue to them, but I faced with no response. Later, I tried calling the customer care number multiple times but no one answered my calls. Item order no. is R[protected].
