Verified Support Mar 11, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Rasna, We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations.We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik. Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please share the bank details in the e-mail sent to [protected]@voonik.com. Once we receive your bank details, refund amount will be sent your bank account. The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days. Post refund of cash the same denomination in Voonik credits will be deducted from your account.
