I have ordered a product from ur website.but u haven't refunded yet my payment to my account.. it has been 1 month about to go... Please refund my money as soon asa possible... I was not expecting thiz type of services.. form ur website...contact message soon as u can.. otherwise... I will complain to consumer court for ur bad services Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 06, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Ankit, We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was processed on Jan 27th in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
