[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Money is not refunded on return to my bank account | |||||
I have ordered a jumpsuit and off shoulder top, but both the products are damaged . I have used PREPAID method to pay money and also while returning I choosed "payment Rollback" option. But the money is refunded to my "Voonik Credit" on feb 28. No matter how much time I have clicked "Transfer Credits to bank" option, still it's not credited to my bank account till now. We promise, we will investigate the issue to figure out, how such a product got cleared in Quality check. We have initiated refund on Mar 9th 2017, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
