[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Money is not refunded on return to my bank account

I have ordered a jumpsuit and off shoulder top, but both the products are damaged . I have used PREPAID method to pay money and also while returning I choosed "payment Rollback" option. But the money is refunded to my "Voonik Credit" on feb 28. No matter how much time I have clicked "Transfer Credits to bank" option, still it's not credited to my bank account till now.

Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Jogudu,

We are so sorry, that you got a damaged product, it must be such a disappointment. We promise, we will investigate the issue to figure out, how such a product got cleared in Quality check. We have initiated refund on Mar 9th 2017, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
