[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — My credit amount can be adjusted in my new order

Previous order no.[protected].[protected] which were placed before and made payments later it was found that both the shipments were found faulty and returned herewith. by assuring for adjustment in new order.

i have order for new one (no.[protected] but the adjustment could not be done. You are therefore requested to send my order by adjusting the amount of previous order.

Hi Rana,

We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations.The refund amount cannot be adjusted with the different order as you have not applied the Voonik credits.
We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik.
Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please share the bank details in the e-mail sent to [protected]@voonik.com.
Once we receive your bank details, refund amount will be sent your bank account. The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
Post refund of cash the same denomination in Voonik credits will be deducted from your account.
