I was ordered Khudaya brown and cream georgette hevy designer saree, because of poor quality i returned that pieces on 30/04/2016 to customer executive person. He said that The Company will return money in 4 days of return but till now we are not received our money back. please take action about this

We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik.
Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please share your bank details to [protected]@voonik.com
Once we receive your bank details, refund amount will be sent your bank account. The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
Post refund of cash the same denomination in voonik credits will be deducted from your account.
