Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Nawaz,

We notice that you have returned the product and refund was initiated on April 13th. We would like to inform you that the refund amount has been reversed to us. It mostly happens due to incorrect bank details. we request you to share the image cancelled cheque at [protected]@mrvoonik.com, so that we can re-initiate the refund.
If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@mrvoonik.com & we'll look into it.
