Hello, I am Zoya and have ordered a shreeom fashion navy blue semi stich dress material with reference to order no. R[protected] on 20 Feb 2017. It was of very bad quality and material so I returned it. At the time of order return refund, I chose the option of voonik credits. When I am checking my credits/coupons, it's showing 0 credits. And when I am trying to buy some other product, there is no option of voonik credits. Please refund my money in voonic credits or in my account. And please enable the option .
