[Resolved] Voonik Tech — No Returns taken.. Money not refunded | |||||
This is in reference to my order no R[protected] dated[protected]. My order contains a dress of pathetic quality which is worthless w.r.t to the price you sought. Now in an attempt to return my product, I am totally frustrated with your system. 1) No 1 is picking up the calls on your customer care number [protected]. I have tried atleast 20 times with each time Rs 5 getting deducted. Who is responsible for this extra expenditure? 2)Even after sending 2 complaint mails on your email id, no revert is there. Are we foolish? 3)No landing page is there for your return link on your waste website. Are you guys fake or what? Whatever it is, whosoever you are! I want my money back at any cost.
