[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Non delivery of product | |||
These people have taken amount for the original product but have not dispatched the same and have sent the free product and now stating that they do not have stock of the original product.This is a worst site to purchase anything please do not use this.Not trust worthy. I have ordered a lehenga for 699 on this site on 699 and delivery date was updated was 08th oct .I did not receive it so called their call center and got an update that i will get the product in 5-7 working days.It is 9 days today and i did not received any update so called Voonik again and the rep stated that the product is out of stock. They are not even refunding the complete amount. Kindly look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||
