I purchased 2 merchandise from your website, to which amount is debited from my bank account but i did not receive any message from your end about confirming the order.
Kindly notify me whether the order is placed or not. If not when will the amount be refunded.

the checkout bag is still showing same item whose payment i already done. Kindly confirm me the detail
