[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Not received the payment even after the goods returned | |||||
Dear sir, I have ordered two sarees from voonik and my order number was r[protected]Code no: 2457866, 1168973) but i wasn’t satisfied with the product as well as quality so i sent a request message to get back the product from us on 30th april.. On behalf of voonik a person came and get back the product from us on 2nd of may (Request id no: p86347938, p[protected] and i sent my bank details to refund the money, but still now (Ie. Nearly two and half months) i didn’t receive not even a single penny from your side.. But for the name sake u people are sending msgs alone that we cant able to process of refunding because of the bank details.. I have order products on voonik there is Lake of information related to delivery and in one attempt if person not available there should be a second visit by voonik but in first visit only if person not available they cancel the order
