Buy a dress material from voonik online shopping on 28.09.2016 Order No : R[protected]. Got a wrong item and returned on 7.10.2016 {Pickup Receipt|[protected]/DFS-Voonik Technologies Private Limited ( R[protected]-3)}. Still I have not received my money back.

Accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate incident. We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away.
W notice that the refund has been processed in your Voonik credits, If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
