[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Order cancelled after making payment | |||||
I ordered couple of items and made the payment online. Right after, I got a confirmation message that order has been placed. But I still see the items in my cart and no product has been delivered. No update regarding the order. This is the second time my money is deducted and very disappointed with this. I need my refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, I did not get any order id after placing the order. I had contacted voonik customer care for checking the status and the person confirmed that there was some technical glitches and I should be getting a refund in 5-10 days. Its already been more than a week and I haven't got my refund. This is the second time my order is getting cancelled and I'm highly disappointed. Never again placing an order from Voonik.
