[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Order not delivered and no action taken on this till date

My order no. Is R[protected] DT.17 jan, delivery date was 29th jan, but still not received the product. I have written many times but still no responds to my complaints.
Today is 4th Feb 2016 but still not received the delivery of the product.
I am very disappointed by the service provided by you.
You are requested to either deliver my order or cancel my order and give me the refund.

Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Varsha,

We are sorry that you haven't received your product in time.As discussed over the call, unfortunately the product is lost in transit. Hence we have initiated refund of amount today with the Reference ID: 56b31916a3854. It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.We have also added Rs.100 in your Voonik credits that can be used for further shopping with Voonik.
