My order no. Is R[protected] DT.17 jan, delivery date was 29th jan, but still not received the product. I have written many times but still no responds to my complaints. Today is 4th Feb 2016 but still not received the delivery of the product. I am very disappointed by the service provided by you. Verified Support Feb 04, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Varsha, We are sorry that you haven't received your product in time.As discussed over the call, unfortunately the product is lost in transit. Hence we have initiated refund of amount today with the Reference ID: 56b31916a3854.
