[Resolved] Voonik Tech — ordered a shoe but the shoe which I got is different

Hi,

I have ordered a shoe last month but the shoe i got was different. So i have informed for reverse pick up but still they dint turn up for taking the shoe back.
I have called the customer care more than 5 times they are informing that within 24 hours they will come and pick the product. But we could not see anyone coming.

Really frustrated with the service provided
