[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Parts missing even after returning

Even after returning this product earlier for missing parts, the prouct earlier had one missing kada, now after returning the product i've not received kada and bracelet. I've been charged delivery charges twice for this single product and i want you to resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise a complaint will be charged against this in consumer redressal forum. I also want to know that why i have been charged delivery charges twice. Even there is no option for replace on your website. This was the reason i had to return the product.

We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated of Rs 156 on June 12th, kindly check in your Bank with the Reference ID _[protected] and refund of Rs 254 /- is processed in your Mrvoonik credits June 12th.
