[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Poor delivery process, NEED REFUND AT THE EARLIEST | |||||
I have placed my first order and that to be through prepaid mode on 29th Aug 2016. Whenever i called customer care, they used to say that same will be delivered by 10th Sep 2016. When i asked to share the courier details, their answer was too pathetic that " it has been dispatched from local courier and we do not share the number, though we are sharing tracking details but you would not be able to track the same. So, what the point to share the same." Order number- R[protected] No communication sent by voonik side regarding delay, they do not even bother about customer's concern. When i called them today (11th Sep 2016). They simply said, yes there is a delay, please wait for 48 hour. And Guess what- They do not have any idea about the parcel and courier details AS IT WAS DISPATCHED BY LOCAL COURIER, SO THEY DO NOT HAVE A COURIER DETAILS. I have already made the payment on 29th Aug 2016, till today i have no idea that where is my product is !!! And they shown their callous attitude. After that i have requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount. THEY SAID WAIT FOR 48 HOURS FOR CANCELLATION. And after that when it is cancelled, We will process refund, WHICH WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS MORE... FRAUD WEBSITE!!! First they took your money and after that they neither deliver the item nor providing the courier contact details. And when customer wants their money, they give 10 days refund policy.., . Why would i wait for 10 days. i have not return the item, i have not received this item, due to delay from voonik side and till today they have no idea about the [product delivery, so at the end every customer should ask for the refund, but they play their blame game...
