[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Product not delivered even after delivery date is expired. | |||||
I had ordered a product but still did not received any shipment details nor it's has delivered yet. Delivery date was 17 February, 2016.I wrote many emails to voonik support but no response From them. Worst experience so far with my first order with voonik. Verified Support Feb 18, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Monica, We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “ Feb 07th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “ New Designer Anarkali salwar suit[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and have refunded the amount in bank account on February 18th.It will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.We have also credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- as a token of apology for cancelling the order.
