[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Product return 1

Hello,

I am nibedita mondal. My order id was r[protected]. I have ordered one salwar suit materiel on 18th september which i have received but the design is totally different than what i selected. The cloth quality is also very bad. I want to get my money back and send the suit piece back. I have tried contacting so many times. Nothing worked. Can anybody please get back to me in biswas. [protected]@gmail.com???

Received Balodis Tech order AWB[protected] on 23/9 paid Rs. 547/-.Refer to my order no. R[protected] I have received the item which was not ordered. Now since more items are yet to come, kindly adjust the amount paid - Rs. 547/- and arrange to take back the item given to me against my order.

As a Voonik customer, please be assured that we will resolve this issue on your behalf even though this is a non-Voonik order.

We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations. We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was processed in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
