I am return a paket of jaggigns but receivers not give me any return fund I want my refund money

Oct 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Sep 14, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Khushboo, We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Sep 11th. We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days. If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.
