I juz found your company very useless... Am tempered up to the point for your bad customer support service.. Extremely absymal.. I returned a dress two weeks befre and the refund money have been creedited as voonik credits in my account.. How do i redeem my voonik credits.. I want my money back which i paid for the returned dres.. U juzz leisurelly picked up the dres.. An what about my money.. It went useless?.. Otgerwise i want to change voonik credits in to my bank account. Totally vexed up.. I want u to resolve my problem.. Otherwise i will take further stepss or actions for it.

Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Nidhivs,

We sincerely regret the experience you have been through. You have returned the order and refund was processed in your Voonik credits on April 22nd. We notice that you have used Voonik credits on May 6th for the order R[protected] which is expected to be delivered on or before May 17th.
