Hi.., i have ordered a saree of 749/- in www.voonik.com website and i received the wrong product, though i returned the wrong product back to the organisation, but still the amount has not been refunded to my account, its been almost a month that im waiting for the refund, but still nothing has been resolved, please process the refund amount and also the delivery charges as well immediately. We have initiated refund of product value on Sep 19th and shipping charges on Oct 13th, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
