[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund amount not credited to my account | |||||
I have ordered a dress with order no r[protected]. Not satisfied by the product due to size issues. I had appealed for return. My request was accepted and the product was returned with a promise of refund of a amount of rs.679. I handed out the product to representative from 'shadow fax' who came to collect the order on 30 sep 2016. The request id is p93417435. But till now i have not got any information about my refund.
