Sir/Madam, I have ordered a saree from voonik. I returned the product as I was not satisfied with the quality nd colour of the same on 25th January 2017. I have not yet received the promised refund. Several Times i had contacted to your Customer Care.But I Did Not get a Proper Response. They did not shared any Transaction Details.Please transfer the money as soon as possible to my bank account... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Feb 13, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Sameer, We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Feb 13th, it may take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
