[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund has not given. Chasing them since weeks and weeks. | |||||
I have ordered a saree from voonik. They have provided me the bad materiel. I requested for refund and returned their product. Since then i am chasing them however i have not got my money back. Whenever i call i stay in ivr but my phone never answered. Once the call lucky connected, i talked to manager as well. He assured me that money will be returned however i didnt get yet. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
