[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund my voonik credit to bank account. | |||||
Hello i have ordered for a whilte and pink kurta of order number R[protected] by cash on delivery on[protected] and i got the product delivered on[protected]. The product was delivered by delivery.Instead of the product i have ordered i got a semi stitched kurta which was not mentioned anywhere while viewing the product so i kept it for return on the next day of delivery. While in the returning process i choose voonik credit instead of bank transfer. Now my problem is that i want my refund into my bank account so what is the solution for this? We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away. We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days. I want my money back in my account I order mangalsutra cum bracelet form u I got bad quality product so I want to return.

I ordered "Small" size but it not properly fit me so I return the product While in the returning process I choose voonik credit instead of bank transfer. Now my problem is that I want my refund into my bank account so what is the solution for this. The product price is 499Rs.
I tried this but I was not able to show any option for transfer Voonic credit to bank account. Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit

How to use credit balance while payment. There is no option available to use credit.
