[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Refund not processed

Refund for order no: R[protected] in the name of swathi c s has not been reflected in my account.i have enquired with my bank and it has not been refunded still . I hv sent u my bank statement from 9 Jan with this mail.I want you to take seriously this issue and refund back my amount.
As per the response i got for my complaint, I m not satisfied for ur explainat ion. I hv checkled clearly with my bank and money has not refunded to my account .so u plz refund my money back.I m really unhappy with ur service.
