[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund not received | |||||
I ordered a jacket on 25/11/2015 and since the size was small, I raised a return request. Its been two months now and they have not initiated a reverse pickup and have not refunded the money.I am continously follwing up but all they say is we have escalated the matter and pick up will be arranged but nothing has happened. Being a frequent customer to Voonik I trusted them with my money but it was a huge mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
