Sir i have ordered a pack of four tops with order no. R[protected]. Inspite of returning order on time n recieving nuvo ex reverse pickup sheet with awb: vnk0213505 along with complaining no action has been taken. More than 10 days passed n no reply from customer service. Kindly proceed towards the matter as much swiftly u so that we can get our refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Subject: Order No : R[protected]
I had to choose an option of exchange due to damage product (white colour Handbag of D& S) got delivered on july 14th and returned it on July 15th.
I supposed to get my exchanged product by July 22nd (as per customer care) but not delivered yet. Please help.
