[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund not received on return of dress | |||||
Dear Sir, I ordered Sleeveless Georgette A-line dress from voonik and returned the dress on the next day i.e. on 4 june 2017.And opted for online refund because of its bad quality. It is one month now, yet I have not received my refund amount Rs. 700. my order no is R[protected] .my humble request to you to look into the matter and help me return my money. We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since June 16th. We were expecting fresh stocks of “AADI NEW LOOK BLACK SANDALS(929413)” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have canceled the order and have initiated a refund to your bank account on July 6th as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
