[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund of money of the returned product | |||||
I had ordered an glory bracelet watch two weeks ago and then the product was delivered by a sales executive and I saw the product was completely damaged so I had placed an complaint about this then after few days the product was returned back but still I have not received the amt back nor there is any message or e-mail regarding this so I request voonik to kindly take necessary action. Verified Support Apr 27, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Asha, We are so sorry, that you got a damaged product, it must be such a disappointment. We promise, we will investigate the issue to figure out, how such a product got cleared in Quality check. We have processed refund in Voonik credits on April 20th. We noticed that you have use Voonik credits for the order R[protected] which is expected to be delivered on or before May 3rd.
