[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund - poor customer service | |||
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of Voonik. I had placed a return of an order (R[protected] on 12th Feb. Refund was initiated on 17th Feb and i have still not got my refund back. Another ecommerce retailer initiated refund after Voonik & i have got their back, speaks a lot about the efficiency of Voonik. To top it up, the customer care executives are always busy, minimum wait time is atleast 5-7 minutes. They are unco-operative. No mechanism for escallation, even if there is, they are not willing to escallate. Spoke to Asmita Khanal and she didn't provide any solutions to my queries, rather arguing . They can't give an approximate ETA for a request. Moreover, customer care number of other websites are toll Free!!! Please treat my request on a priority basis. My first experience with Voonik and such a bad one. I would never recommend it to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
