[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund status | |||
My order no R[protected]. I have returned the order and my refund is still pending. Its been one month.can you please check . I have called to the customer care number and they tell that refund status has been initiated from past three weeks. But it is not reflecting in my account. May 30, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Voonik Tech customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 27, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Sruthi, We are sorry to know that your upset with us. We notice that you have returned the product and refund was initiated on April 6th in your Bank . The refund was successfully sent form our end. Since it is a netbanking payment we do not receive a reference number for this payment. If in case you have still not receive the refund you may dispute the transaction made(debit) with the the dispute/chargeback department of their bank.
