Verified Support Feb 04, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Sargunam, We are sorry that you didn't like our product. As per the telephonic conversation we have raised the return request. The product will be picked up from your registered address within the next 5 working days by our courier partner and will be sent to our warehouse. Once the product reaches the ware house. Our refund team will initiate the refund within 48 hours and the amount will reflect in your respective bank account within 5-7 working days. Please note : The entire process may take up to 15 days.
